We use premium hardwoods (Sheesham, Mango, Teak, Acacia), reclaimed wood, high-grade metals, and engineered materials depending on the collection and design.

Do you offer customisation for all collections?

Yes. Whether it’s Solid Wood, Hand Carved, Industrial, Reclaimed, or Flatpack—size, finish, colours, materials, and designs can be customised as per your commercial project needs.

Are your furniture collections suitable for hotels, cafés, offices, and large projects?

Absolutely. Our products are engineered for heavy commercial usage, making them ideal for hospitality, retail, corporate, and interior design projects.

What is the production timeline for these collections?

Standard production is 2–6 weeks depending on materials, design complexity, and order volume.
Hand Carved & custom Solid Wood items may take slightly longer.

Will there be natural variations in the wood?

Yes. Grain patterns, slight color differences, and texture variations are normal and enhance the character of Solid Wood, Reclaimed, and Hand Carved collections.

What if my products arrive damaged?

If the product is damaged in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Share photos/videos of the damage

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects (duration varies by product and will be mentioned on the invoice).

Can you match finishes or designs from references?

Yes, we can recreate or customise designs based on reference images, mood boards, and material samples—while maintaining feasibility and structural stability.

Can I request custom-made furniture?

Absolutely. We offer custom design, sizing, finishing, and material options. Production begins only after your approval of final drawings and specifications.
